Michael Jackson b-day cake

Did a Michael Jackson cake this weekend for a little boy's birthday. I have to say that this was probably one of the hardest cakes Ive done so far. But I thought it turned out pretty neat! =) Its covered in Marshmallow fondant with a cream cheese icing underneath. I painted the glove with an edible silver and covered it with silver edible glitter crystals. =)

Addalynn's Cinderella cake
I did this cupcake cake for Addalynn this weekend. Turns out to be one of my favorites, but Im just partial to Cinderella!! =) I was aiming for facial features on Cinderella... but after the third try, decided she would have no facial features. I can draw her face with a pencil... but havent quite figured out how to draw her face with icing... but Im going to keep practicing... and maybe one day I will be able to. =)

Happy June Birthday!
I got the request to make a small cupcake cake for an office party at Hilton Corp. this week. They were celebrating all the June birthdays in the office and asked me to come up with something summerish. With temps in the 100's this week... all I could think of when I thought of June was HOT! LOL Therefore I came up with this original cake idea (just kidding =) ) But I thought I would share it anyways!!! =)
